This is to be applied after the dew (: This acts as a lotion or a moisturizer! Moisturizer is a MUST! I usually apply moisturizer after my toner before I proceed on with my make up! This moisturizer is a lightweight and non-sticky moisturizer that is uniquely formulated to help soothe skin and promote moisture barrier to protect the skin.

Most of the time, we would be out for school/work/shopping, hence, we need to double up protection for our skin and prevent them from harmful environmental aggressors and pollution in the day. We can't see those harmful bacteria but they are always around us! We can't see them with our naked eyes!

I got to keep emphasizing on this fact that Naruko's products are made from natural ingredients! This time round, the moisturizer contains ingredients such as Phytoferulin®, Tremella Fuciformis Extract, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Hyaluronic Acid, Solomon Oil, Narcissus Bulbs Extract, Kojic Acid, Revitalizing Factor, Botanical Oils Complex. These ingredients has long-lasting anti-ageing effect on the skin and moisturize the skin instantly and smooth out fine lines.

Instructions

Step 1: Dispense approximately 1.5ml of the Dew on the cotton pad. Massage thoroughly in circular motion, starting from nose, forehead, cheek, T-zone and chin. Avoid the eye area. (Repeat 1-2 times)

Step 2: Gently pat on face for about 30 seconds till fully absorbed

Step 3: Use the moistened pad to press on the face gently for approximately 3-5 seconds at each position.

There is this In-Out visual in their website. It clearly depicts what this moisturizer does. So here you go. IN: Long-lasting Moisture, OUT : Dryness, Oil & Dullness! Haha! Who loves dull and oily skin? Nobody right?

Smoothening effect: 5/5

Again, Naruko wins hands down in coming out with products that leaves the skin really smooth! I just can't stop touching or feeling my skin. It aids in my application of my makeup too. My makeup glides on easily, and it allows my makeup to blend easily leaving my face a flawless application.

Absorption rate: 5/5

In my opinion, this absorbs slightly better than the toner. Probably because of its micro-jet protection technology that causes the cream to split into micro-emulsion texture of molecules that penetrates into the skin quickly and easily. Thumbs up again for this! I love products that absorbs quickly because I dread waiting for it to dry.

Texture: 5/5

It comes in white liquid and it is really smooth! Love the texture a lot, it's not oily at all and most importantly, it is not STICKY at all and it is really lightweight! You don't have to worry that it would leave you with a sticky application because it certainly DO NOT! I know how uncomfortable it is to be feeling sticky on your face (:

At S$22.90 for 120ml. I've been on a lookout for affordable moisturizer and I'm positive that I've found it. Just like anyone of you out there, I'm pretty cost-savvy, and I'm more willing to spend on affordable skincare & cosmetics! I always shop in drugstores and Naruko's products is by far, the most cost-friendly and beneficial skincare products. I really see results when I use them. Would you prefer COST greater then benefits or benefits greater than COST?

Packaging: 5/5

Simple and nice. Environmental friendly. Just unscrew the cap, simple and easy. The shelf life of the product is also shown clearly on the bottle. It can lasts 2 years from the manufacturing date.

Overall Conclusion:

Awesome! My bf loves the texture of this product and how smooth his face gets after application, now he owns a bottle of this total defense day protector moisturizer himself. He is getting influenced by me and he already owns quite a fair bit of Naruko's products!

Smoothening effect: 5/5

Trust me! I'm 101% true and honest that this toner leaves my skin really smooth! I just can't stop touching or feeling my skin. I'm totally amazed by how supple it is. I applied this product in the morning about 9 am and it's already 4pm now and my skin still feels clean and smooth. It keeps my skin awake!

Absorption rate: 4.5/5

In a considerable amount, the moisturized dew is absorbed into my skin relatively quick but if I were to dispense slightly too much, it would take slightly longer to absorb. I don't mean 5 minutes longer, just perhaps another minute or so.

Texture: 5/5

The dew is unlike any other products that are liquid based. Dew itself already states that it's pretty thick and its NOT watery at all.. Sometimes watery products would make one wonder, "Am I really applying the product on my skin or its just water that i'm applying?" But with its texture, I know there is ultimate richness in it! i'm convinced.

Pricing: 5/5

This is one factor that everyone is concerned. At S$20.90 for 150ml, this is a bargain! Seriously?!? Tell me, where are you able to find such affordable product whereby R&D had been done so intensively and by judging at the price, the costs of the research had not been transferred to us. Kudos to Naruko once again, they've made their products affordable to teens & cost-savvy customers.

Packaging: 5/5

I really love the fact that a simple packaging could in return (after recycling) become something so handy and pretty! Pencil case, stationery holder etc. Just unscrew the cap, simple and easy. The shelf life of the product is also shown clearly on the bottle. It can lasts 2 years from the manufacturing date when it is still in the box. However, if you've unboxed them, keeping the products for 6 months would be recommended.

Overall Opinion:

From the bottom of my heart, I would definitely repurchase after I'm done with my first bottle. The product works well, and deliver what it promises. I would recommend this products to all my readers and my family and friends. I can't wait to try out other products from the same range! Be it from the Day/Night range!

Hello again, I remember that in my old posts, I actually state that I love the convenience of using makeup removing sheets. But now, I seriously beg to differ because I've been introduced to this awesome product! Haul!! It's actually NARUKO Aqua Cubic MakeUp Removing Oil.

The main ingredient comprises of composition of different oils such as Mineral Oil, Rose Essential Oil, Olive Oil Rose Hip Oil, Argan Oil, Calendula Oil, Jojoba Oil, Snow Fungus.. It does not contain parabens, no artificial preservatives and its not tested on animals (:

In my review, I'll actually post up a video on how easy I actually managed to remove my makeup! Pardon me if I'm doing a silent video because I don't think I sound nice and for those who knows me, I don't like showing my teeth (: Haha..

Texture: 5/5

As promised, this makeup removing is non-greasy and leaves no residue. It is really easy to glide on and it removes makeup really efficiently. It leaves our skin perfectly clean and soft.

Very simple packaging with very clear date of expiry imprinted at the bottom of the bottle. Instructions in both English and Chinese printed on the bottle itself. It comes with a 'stopper' that helps you to lock the pump in case you accidentally pump it and cause spillage!

Pricing: 5/5

Instead of the usual $15, it is now having a discount and it will only costs you $13.90 for 100ml. With its power, I believe you do not have to use that much cleansing oil every application so this on the other hand, helps you to save costs! 5 thumbs up for this!

Overall Conclusion:

My sister is "borrowing" from me everytime she comes home from work/school and is feeling lazy to remove her makeup. She conveniently used it and removed her makeup in a jiffy! She has been telling me this works better than any other makeup remover she had tried or is currently using. Of course, no names to be used here (:

I would strongly recommend this makeup removing oil to readers who apply thick makeup because it removes dirt, impurities, oil while locking in our skin's natural moisture!! You won't want to dry out your skin while removing your makeup right?

School is commencing next week and soon enough, I would be loaded with projects and preparing for my exams in April/May. Can't wait to go on a second trip with boyfriend. Laughs. Bought myself a pair of Suede Pumps online at only $19.60. There is this 30% off regular priced items, but after my visa surcharge and postage, it costs me $22. Still considered cheap for a pair of heels.

Got myself a bag too, costs me only $25. I am pretty good at bargain buys though that explains why I always spend so much. Cheap, cheap, buy, buy = HEFTY bills end of the month. LOL. Bought some accessories too..

Bought myself a body mist, facial mist and all over shimmer from Body Shop. The facial mist and body mist were not my intended buy! The sales girl asked me if I wanna top up etc to become member, then top up again to get 2 stamps blabla. Blame myself for not being about to resist temptation, i ended up leaving the shop spending 66 =[ The shimmer is only supposed to cost me 29. Ending up spending twice the initial amount. Sigh~

Finally satisfied my cravings for Itacho and it amounted to almost $100, oh gosh, we're good eaters seriously! But don't I have this enormous appetite when I'm eating buffet ah? Haha! Bf cleared his leave and he is back in camp now, means I would be alone again. Perhaps, I would be doing some shopping alone tomorrow. Feels like heading down to AMK.

With new year over, now I'm waiting for CNY. That would be a time for additional allowance. But I dread those times whereby I got to remove my shoes, and then step into the owners' house, then wear again then remove again. Tralalala. Every CNY, my family would have a tradition whereby we would invite our friends over for a dinner, and some hardcore gambling sessions. Still remember the time when my dad shouted "ALL IN" when there was $500 in the pot! Gosh, thats really nerve-wrecking. But he won!

My eyes have yet to recover from the nasty redness. I don't know why but its getting terrible. Shall see if I'm hardworking enough to visit the doctor again! Those drops and medications prescribed don't seem to work for me at all. Horrible!!

Did our photoshoot last year in October 2011 at Capsule Productions. We were to be featured in GLOW's January issue and I finally saw the results of our hard work. The magazine is OUT now and available for sale island wide in all Watsons Outlets.

Still remember that I woke up around 5am to prepare myself for the shoot, it commenced at 8am and ended around evening time. Really hectic! I still remember it was during my exam period and I actually brought along my notes to study when I waited for my turn to shoot. LOL. Thanks Airin for the wonderful makeup!

Resolutions for 2012

In less than 2 hrs, we would be welcoming a brand new year ahead. Let bygones be bygones, and live life to the fullest for we only live once. Bear no grudges and proceed to 2012 with a brand new you! It is time to change for the better...

Here is my resolutions this year: The ones in red are the ones I accomplished.

Diana's Resolution 2011:

-Save at least $1000 a month (^_^)

-Get a Burberry Wallet

-Be hardworking and earn more money!

-Use my CREDITCARD less and pay only using CASH/NETS.

~~-Get a new hair dye.~~

-Go for overseas trip with bff.

-Able to commence my business sooon.

-No quarrels with my bff.

-Stay happy and healthy always!

-Study hard!

This year has been a fulfilling year though there were many ups and downs in life. But I managed to brave it through with the help from my peers and loved ones. Thanks to all who had stood by me whenever I need help, thanks to those who had been a great listening ear, thanks to those who had been mean to me because I grew up and learn too! Haha!

Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol

My eyes got really infected, red and I couldn't report for work! I wouldn't want my customers to look into my eyes and feel uncomfortable looking at my gore, gluey red eye! Went to the doctor and got myself 2 eyedrops and an antibiotic..

Boohoo! With red eyes mean I won't be able to wear my lens! And and and... I can't wait for GLOW's January issue to be out! I want to see how badly I appeared in the front cover :( felt that I didn't perform as well and I'm quite positive it would turn out badly? I mean, MY face la, not the rest of the winners!

Can't wait to get hold of my lens that I ordered from I.fairy.. I ordered Pink and Brown this time round! I want to see how I look like in pink! It seems pretty natural from the catalogue though! *Fingers crossed*

Finally! I TAMED my MANE officially :) went to get it done earlier on before I went for a movie date with bf and Randy. Well, when I said tame my mane, I meant I did soft rebonding! It's natural and it won't make you a flathead! And for my hair length, it costs me only $68! Woah right? If you've been following my blog, I got it done at HairAffairs. Free treatment comes together with the rebonding!! It costs only $68 for ANY hair length and the results are magnificent and AH-mazing :) love how it feels now (sorry no pictures now because I'm wearing specs and have a bloody eye now) I promise I would 自拍 as many pictures I could as soon as I recovered!

MI4- Ghost protocol :) pretty good movie with Tom Cruise still looking as suave as before but.... still prefer him in short neat hair! Storyline has a good flow, unexpected twists and some funny parts! Hahahahahah!! Cabbed home and bf cooked dinner for me again! Love him!

Pasta Inc.

Here comes our Italian fine dining at Pasta Inc located at Keong Siak St. Well, the ambience of the restaurant is well set up, it has this really prominent signboard and you could identify it from afar!

The restaurant is dim-lighted, and comes with a cosy environment, suitable for couples or secret rendezvous (LOL), great service staff and they would be happy to serve you!

Boy and I are soup lovers. So off the menu, we each picked different flavors, I got myself the Tomato Based Seafood Soup while he gets the Mushroom Soup! OMG~~ it was served piping hot, my seafood was fresh and in generous portion, while Boy's Mushroom soup looks pretty simple but it doesn't taste simple! The mushroom soup gave us this really oily texture and it melts into your mouth and you just can't stop having them! Would give 5 Spoons each :)

Next up is the appetizer! We had flat pasta with crabmeat in pink sauce! Holy~ apart from yummy or delicious, how else could I describe it? Same thing, fresh crab meat and generous portion! Would give 4.5 Spoons, the remaining 0.5 marks would go to the improvement of the food presentation!

Here comes our main course, the menu was pretty vague, it showed either pan fried chicken coated with egg and Parmesan cheese OR fish of the day! Haha, I wouldn't want to risk ordering fish of the day so we both ended up eating the chicken! Boyfriend claims he could cook better but I thought it tastes pretty extraordinary, a taste where you won't be able to find it anywhere! Beauty Review: Naruko Tea Tree Oil Out Acne Clay Cleanser

Another beauty junkie just like me? Well, I believe many of us actually tried many forms of cleansers that are beneficial to our skin but we always switch between brands the moment our girlfriends recommend something new to us or the moment there is a new product launch and we are all drawn to the products by those cute advertisements or attractive prices.

We all know that the proper or MOST basic routine is to cleanse our face thoroughly (especially those who do make-up pretty often), followed by toner, moisturizer so on and so forth accompanied by doing scrub (by removing dead skin on our face) 2-3 times a week depending on how harsh/mild your facial scrub is and facial mask 1-2 times a week.

Bear in mind the fact that we're always switching between products and the amount that we'd already spent on our skincare. Look at your dressing table or your bathroom, I'm sure you're bound to find products that we've isolated. Laughs... Enough said.. *drumrolls*

Let's welcome Diana's current favorite ALMIGHTY cleanser - Naruko's Tea Tree Oil Out Acne Clay Cleanser

I'm sticking to this product for as long as I could unless I find another wonder product.

Before I begin, I have combination skin, dry on my cheek area and slightly oily on my T-zone.

Benefit #1 : It's a 3 in 1 cleanser! (Cleanser, Mask & Facial Scrub) The cleanser is in clay form and it leaves your face really smooth after wash and reveals matt finished skin. In case you're wondering what's matt finished skin, it looks like after you applied Primer.

Benefit #2 : It dissolves excess oil on your skin instantly.

Benefit #3 : It leaves our skin feeling really, soft, smooth, supple and healthy after 1 wash. It refreshes and awakens the skin! You know we don't produce oil on our face when the weather is cooling right? Same logic, we don't produce oil when we're in the air-conditioned room. THIS product gives a really MINTY feeling and thus, it stops us from producing oil that clogged up our poor pores.

Benefit #4 : It's really worth the price! For $15, it could act as a clay mask (leave it on for 5-10mins before washing them), a cleanser or a facial scrub! It comes in particles that allows us to scrub and cleanse our face daily! Yeah I know we aren't suppose to scrub our face daily, but FRET not, the particles are small and ROUND, it doesn't cut/harm our skin unlike normal scrubs that has harsh edges in the particles (that's why they always recommend you to use them 2-3times only)

Benefit #5 : If you give a plus point for product that smells good, this is one too! (Smells like KOI's Green Tea, haha)

Christmas Eve need not necessary be spent at expensive hotels nor packed with busy itinerary.. Sometimes, simple things made memories sweeter :)

On the 23rd, had a celebration with my group of lovely girlfriends together with their mates, chatted, had BBQ steamboat over at my place, gift exchanging, LOG Cake eating (everyone were already full so we got to play the number guessing game to make the loser eat) and played saboteur till 3am..

On Christmas Eve, celebrated with my bf and had a simple fare at Kabe no Ana located at NEX.

On Christmas day, actually, we have no plans in particular yet, shall update this post soon :)

A Simple Day

A short weekend with my bf. He has got duty on Sunday and we are only left with today, I'm glad we'd fully utilized today:)

Visited granny and we brought our lil cousins out for a walk! Miss baby ryker so much! Love him!

Yesterday (10th December 2011) was truly a fun day! We had a "Quart" date! 4 pairs of couples, friends brought their bf along for this gathering! I invited them to my place :) the guys warmed up with each other really fast and they continued with their mahjong while the lovely ladies, opened another table and we started playing blackjack! LOL, CNY mood uh!

After the gathering, we strolled to triple 8 for a SINFUL supper :) my sisters tagged along too! All 11 of us sat on the round table, and we placed our orders! Supper and we are eating TZE CHAR..

Christmas is coming! Have you planned on how to celebrate and what to get for your loved ones?

I'm thinking of some potluck and gifts exchange! And perhaps my hotel stay!

Yes, my boyfriend turned 22nd on 28th September, that's why I mentioned on my previous blog post that I can't wait!

Celebrated his birthday together with his family at Carousel located at Royal Plaza on Scotts:) it's boyfriend's mummy birthday, and my Chinese calendar birthday too! That's makes it Triple Happiness!

Awesome ambience, awesome people, awesome food:) they've a variety of food there and I would say everything is FRESH! I guess freshness is what matters most when it comes to seafood right? Alright! They've seafood, Japanese cuisine, western cuisine, Indian cuisine! In short, east VS west fusion! LOL! The salmon sashimi has my vote! Thick, fatty, fresh and yummy! LOL!

Staff sang birthday song for us, took polaraid, and gave us complimentary cakes! Such good service! Haha! And he's already wearing my birthday gift for him! Haha!

Been really busy with my projects! RMIT is not as easy as it seems either! I switched from UOL to RMIT to avoid 100% examination based course. I did a really simple and nice eye makeup that day! In case you are interested to know, steps accordingly below:

1. Line my eyeliner with NYX Black Brown Eyeliner!
2. Darkened it with UrbanDecay gel liner.
3. Complete my look with Loreal Serum Mascara (Favourite so far!)

Shopped around town and had really late brunch at around 4pm! Some of you might consider it as early dinner! BUT no, that was my first meal of the day! Nom Nom! We had our fill and we continued shopping around till our legs could not carry us anymore! We went to Cuppage then to Centrepoint then to Paragon to send my sister's wallet for repair since it's still under warranty (GOODNESS, got to wait for 2 months, before she gets it back) Then back to Cuppage, then to Heeren, Takashimaya, Ngee Ann City and FINALLY ION!

Some accessories are on sale at RUBI Ion, bought a necklace for $2 and mom got herself a scarf for only $5! I love DEALS! In fact, all ladies love DEALS!! Sisters got themselves twisted turban and necklace toooo! And some loots from F21 too!

All of us got to wait in the holding room! And when the MUA arrived, we found out that the theme for the night was "Glam Look", that means really thick eye make up! When you have thick eye makeup, generally, you would have light face make up! I still prefer myself with the normal make up, this make up makes me look so FIERCE but nonetheless, it's nice, just that I am not used to seeing myself in it! Oh yes, NOT FORGETTING, red lipstick! Awesome~

We got the chance to do our own wardrobe as long as it fits the glam and bling bling theme! LOL!

Watsons YouAwards Grand Ceremony! Part I

Have you ever walked on a red carpet, holding on to your awards, walking down the aisle, with cameramen, flashlights all on you, men in suit, women in gown, managing directors approaching you to shake hands with you/congratulating you! I did! I experienced them all in one night!

27/07/2011 marks a new milestone for me! It is a night not to be forgotten, and to safekeep as valuable memories! Thanks Watsons for this wonderful experience and Vichy for your generous sponsorship!

YouAwards was held at Shangri La's Rasa Resort Sentosa! The resort is magnificent, very grand and pretty! I hope I would have the chance to stay there!

I have made new friends in this competition and learnt alot from my fellow winners/finalists! I know I have thanked almost everyone, but once again, I would like to use this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to all those who have helped me during this entire 1 month journey! Now, I know who are my true friends! (: I'm glad to have all of you in my life! Not forgetting my family, you all had done so much for me, showing me moral support and by voting for me relentlessly and selflessly, daily! Our Itinerary:
Met up with the rest of the winners at Harboufront Mrt and we cabbed into the resort! It was still pretty early and all the workers are still busy decorating and doing last minute mic check, sound system check etc!

The stage was much smaller than the studio we practiced in and we had to do staging all over again, changing our positions again and making sure that we don't bang or hit each other while dancing! This is how it all looks like:

Finally, BKK Trip Updated.

Most of you would have known that I actually visited BKK last month between 5th-9th July. It had been almost a month and I finally found time to upload those pictures! And this is the full update! I only managed to get this amount of pictures because most of the time, I was either too engrossed & occupied in eating or shopping & bargaining! Hahah! ~

Day 1:
Parents drove me and love to the airport early in the morning that day! Very appreciative of them! Else if boyfriend and I were to take the morning cab, it would costs us a bomb. Might as well save on the cab fare and go BKK spam shopping right? Teehee!

We collected our boarding passes first before we enjoy our hearty breakfast!

BIG Breakfast! Yummy~

And for those who have been to the budget terminal, you should know that there is this rest corner whereby there are foot massagers available for passengers! Anybody could use them! It is free! LOL, you don't have to pay $1 for it (Usually those massage chairs in shopping malls charge $1) So since nobody is using them, boyfriend and I HOGGED them for a good whole 20mins! Very relaxing, and it is a WARM-UP for us, because we would definitely shop non stop in BKK.

We took Tiger Airways! Since the journey is a short one, we don't have to waste too much money on the air tickets for a better airline! As long as it brings me to my destination, I'm fine with it! LOL.

Just by looking at the clouds, it made my day! Cotton puffs!

Got a cab from the airport and our cab driver is very dishonest!
Scammed our money! The toll on the highway for is only 20 baht if I remember correctly, but he collected 70 baht from us! And he kept the 50 baht himself! And when we reached the hotel, the meter reads a specific amount (can't remember how much exactly) but he charged us another extra 50 baht (HELLO, on your cab it only states we got to pay 50baht extra from the airport, WHY CHARGE US TWICE?!) and said its because we go by the highway! Since we are in a foreign country, we dare not try to be funny, so we just paid him! Humpf, angry~~

Always remember to go by highway and by meter if it's first trip there! (Much much safer)
Else they would go by their own route and it is usually those deserted back alleys/small roads. It might scare you!

By then, we are already hungry! We made our way to Platinum and had our brunch at the foodcourt! Love their foodcourt because it is enormous, cheap, variety of food to choose from, and what's best, every table comes with TISSUE! You don't have to pay 30cents for them unlike here! And also, you got to purchase a card and top up any amount you want, cashless dining experience, you could get back yor money while you return the card.

I had Abalone rice and Sharksfin soup! So cheap! And boyfriend got himself rice and some sausage snacks. Just by posting this, I am hungry already.

After lunch, we shopped around and I got my manicure done. Yeah! On the first day! Wanna see how pretty my nails are? There you go! Only SGD 14 bucks! Haha!

We ended Day 1 really early because we were so tired! For the entire 5days there, we only managed to eat proper meals for breakfast and lunch, because for dinner, we ate street, junk food! (But I like!, Now I'm craving for the chicken and SPRINGROLL) Because all those vendors only commence business at night!

We bought the hotel package that includes daily breakfast and 1hr Wifi! The breakfast that the hotel served was pretty good, apart from the Daily American breakfast which is the same, their other dishes change everyday. If you are wondering, yes, boyfriend and I had the same AMERICAN BREAKFAST consecutively for 4 days straight! LOL!

Remember last year when I went Krabi, Hatyai, I blogged about Macdonald's Tuna PIE! I managed to satisfy my craving at BKK too!

We are still not done with Platinum on Day 3 so we continued doing our shopping there. By then, our luggage are starting to fill up! Muahaha! But Day 3 is the night whereby we had lotsa nice street food for dinner!

We were almost dry already so we could not do much shopping. We had IceCream at Swensens. Only 99 Baht for each! Their Swensens only serve Ice Cream and Cakes etc, they don't have main courses..

We made our way to Central World after our sweet treats at Swensens. Central world is like an enlarged version of our Paragon! Super huge and nice grand place

Headed back to somewhere near our hotel for a final pampering session! Foot reflexology! It is boyfriend's first time doing foot reflexology! It's his nemesis, cause he feels that it's tad too ticklish. There are toooooo MANY massage centres to choose from, so boyfriend and I finally picked our decision and I thought it was really a wise one, friendly service, clean, cheap and good! And my experience with them was awesome!

Well, I love my BF! Felt so safe travelling with him even though he is so timid! We spent our days in BKK shopping and resting in an awesome hotel! Tango Vibrant Living Place! I wouldn't believe that it is a 3 star/budget hotel! I felt totally comfortable and safe in the hotel! Only hotel guests have access to the hotel! You got to tap your access card in the main entrance, when you are up on your room level, you got to tap another again on a door before entering the walkway leading into your hotel room! Double security! I Like!

Alright! I feel kinda excited and weird seeing my face on the papers! YES! Newspapers! Haha, I took part in YouAwards conducted by Watsons, and after interviews/screenings, I was glad to have a place as one of the finalist in the category "Face of The World".. Do Vote for me yeah!

Well, I reached Singapore today with 34kg worth of Luggage! Yes, both bf and I shopped way too much! But it was fun! We had Spa Pedicure session, Foot massage session, price bargaining sessions! Work today is horrible! The sun is so scorching hot! I almost melt together with my makeup! I was all alone at work today! But after work, it was a fun get together time with my NYSS colleagues, we met up at VIVO and we had dinner at Kim Gary!

The side dish is perfect! BUT I ordered the Steak Combo! Can I say it seriously sucks? I would rate it -5 outta 5! It is my first time there and I doubt I would go back again since the steak doesn't taste like steak, I thought it was me, but I let all my colleague try and they say IT TASTED weird, like eating raw chicken! Eww, and indeed, I threw almost the whole steak except for the few mouthful I let my colleague try! The best of my combo is the CORN COB! I rather eat the CORN COB than the steak please! Imagine how bad it is! Shrugs!!

Yes, I wore my Nude Pink Flats out today! Even bff said it's nice! I already bit the shoe thrice but it still hurts me! Super painful and super tight! Though I already asked the lady to expand the front for me! Indeed, it pays to dress pretty uh?

My Human-Eating Shoe, BUT I like (:

Started using True Match Foundation in N4, Nude Beige!
I glide them on my face effortlessly! The coverage is good enough!
It gives a flawless, smooth coverage!

How did I apply 2-way Cake Foundation?
1.Cleanse, tone, whitening serum/sun screen(I use them alternatively depending on mood!) & moisturizer.

2.Put a tiny wee bit of Dr Jart BB cream as a form of concealor! (You may use a concealor or anything that works best for you.)

3.Use my Face Brush and dab it on my foundation, I brush them evenly on my face (Making sure that it's not too thick) **Remember: Less is more (:

4.After which, I used a sponge to dab on the foundation again, press them evenly and firmly on my face to ensure that it stays on!

5.Use the brush to wipe off excessive powder. (Just brush it around your face lightly, you won't want to destroy Step 3&4)

6.Apply blush! (If I have the mood/time, I would highlight or contour my face)

7.Spray my Urban Decay All Nighter "Long Lasting Makeup Setting Spray" (YES! I am lazy to touch up, so with this, I need no touch ups!)

Review for Loreal Renewal Serum Mascara:
After applying my eyeliner, I applied the Step 1 followed by Step 2. It is really easy to apply & it dries up pretty quickly so it doesn't spoil your eye make up (: Just be really careful when applying them! Don't poke your eyes! LOL, it happened to me this afternoon as I was too excited coating them!

It lengthens ALOT! So much that it looks as though I am having false lashes/lash extension on!
Just be very patient when you are coating the mascara because it get cluttered together pretty easily, but if you do them slowly, it would be perfect! Even my bff noticed it, for a guy to notice, it means it really makes a huge difference!

Been working almost everyday because of major shows, hence, there goes my weekends! Nevertheless, I still manage to spend quality time with my loved ones. Side Track Updates!
Yes, I did mention that I would like to get either Gmask to protect my phone/bumper etc. So this is what happened, first, I bought a temporary bumper from Daiso since its only $2. Then, I decided not to do Gmask since it would cover the pretty white back! So I bought a clear casing for the back. But it seems like it doesn't protect the corners pretty well, so I put the bumper together with the clear casing, my phone looks fat!

But after searching high & low, I got this really pretty BUMPER for white iPhone, the color matches perfectly. (I removed the casing already) But now, I spent $15 on a bumper! aaaaand DANG, the bumper seems to showing off its powers to me, I dropped my phone the moment I put the bumper on. I know you are powerful, but please don't do this to me again, I've got weak heart X10000. LOL. But still, I love you!

So final conclusion now! I should go get a protector for the back! Those scratch resistant ones please. I hate scratches!

Post Bff's Mothers' Day Dinner!

CONGRATULATIONS TO ME!
I woke up early in the morning, feeling very tired! BUT the moment I open my letter from my school. I am overly excited to even feel tired. In fact, I exclaimed when I read the letter. It states that I am being offered a place in advance standing - level 3. Which means, I have all the necessary exemptions for most modules, and I've only 12modules(1.5yrs) to complete my degree!

For those who know me, I was already in Uni 2 years back, but I didn't fare as well so I decided to change into another course(since I have interest in it as well). NOW I am going to start school all over again and I am going to study hard!

As we were all really busy with work, we couldn't find ample time to celebrate Mothers' Day for bff's mummy. So we decided to celebrate it on a Public Holiday, Vesak Day! I love Public Holidays!
I need more of it, but from what I know, the next one would be on National's Day! 3 months later!

We had dinner at JUMBO seafood restaurant. Sumptous dinner I should say! And I am still feeling really bloated! (I WILL UPDATE PICTURES SOON, I CANT FIND MY USB CABLE)

Am working for the rest of the week and I am NOT happy at all. LOL. Who is happy when they are working, unless you have nice colleagues/work environment. I admit, to a certain extent, I do.

Yummy! Very eventful PLUS sinful, I know. But no worries, everything would change with effects from tomorrow!

Tomorrow is Mummy's birthday celebration and next week, I would be really busy!

Watched both the movies! I would say The Lost Bladesman was not as good as expected but FF5 is really good! It kept me awake throughout!

I am looking for a good eyeliner! Anybody have nice ones to recommend? I have rather oily RIGHT eyelid. Yes, only my right eyelid is oily I have no idea why! I want waterproof and smudge proof ones! The SA recommended me benefit and UD! I mentioned that I bought the Urban Decay gel-liner, but MY brush went missing! :(

I came across POP Lid Bronze eyeshadow palette! I love those shades (At least an alternative to Urban Decay Naked, it's always OOS, no chance to lay my hands on it)! Am contemplating if I should buy, its $32. Baby?

Off you go! My frizzy hair! I trimmed my hair and did treatment for my hair at Rivervale Mall. Spent $115 on the treatment and I love the effects! I hope it lasts for at least a few months! Now my hair ends are not as dry as before. My treatment includes ampoule and hair mask too!

Had an awesome post celebration with baby! We made it a point to celebrate on our every monthsary! Ours was on the 28th! Met up at town for THOR. The movie was great! I love the sound effects and the lead actor is hot!

Had lunch at Sakae Sushi, bought a MARIE cat ring from the flea (NICE) and some pretty accessories from Cineleisure. And we took neoprints! I am absolutely in love with the pictures! I shall upload them here and share it with all of you! The neoprint machine helps darken our eyes! LOL.

Since I finished using my CURE gel, I bought Ettusais Egg Peeling Mask! (Since I see them out of stock for a few times, I assume its good) Took my bathe as soon as I got home and I tried on the Peeling Mask already, and my skin feels really smoooth! I love it! When I rub them on my face, the residue looks exactly like egg white! LOL! It isn't costly, only $26 for a relatively big bottle (I bought mine from Isetan, NgeeAnn City)

Many things happened lately. I felt that he is not the same anymore. He became more insensitive towards my feelings and somehow, he became a different person. The words/things he said and done, had hurt me really badly.

I tried many ways to be nice and talk to him nicely, but he just kept arguing his way to prove that he is right. He is no longer willing to listen first, before he continues arguing. Can somebody tell me what could be done? I know I still love him, but do I have to learn to let go and take things more lightly?

Dear BFF,

How I wish that we could turn back time and go back to how we were before. I know it is not possible to turn back time, but I believe that as long as we walk hand in hand, we would be able to overcome any matters. I hope that neither of us, would give up.

Kite Flying

Had a really fun day flying kite with bff and his friends. Aww. it was really fun at first but but, our kite flew off. Our string was cut off because of some inconsiderate people. Knowing that the strings are already tangled, they just ignore and continue flying. Their kite is cheap la! Those standard triangle kite while bff and I invested in our kite :( So huge & colourful!

Marina Barrage is packed with people. Hence, there were high chances of kites tangling together. Bff's friend kite got entangled too, but he is lucky, he still has his kite. But we spent almost 45min to entangle it? 4 huge kites stuck altogether..

We headed off to Shokudo for our dinner.. WL ordered Sake and it was funny la, because somehow, the guys came up with a silly idea to pour them into CJ's Rootbeer float while (CJ and Wendy) went to order more food.. They came back and felt weird after tasting it. LOL, they found out eventually and the "Special Mixed Drink" became our first dish for 终极密码.

Met up with bff at his place for dinner. Pizza Hut, but it was overrated. (New Menu) The pasta wasn't as good as expected. The Cheese Mushroom and Bruschettas taste better than the main course =x After dinner, we had a durian feast. LOL! NICE!

Both bff and myself did Classic Mani&Pedi together! He must have enjoyed himself. Felt like a real king, while people pampered his awful nails (Before) I did a new colour from OPI for my feet and cracked nail colous for my hands (Combination of white base and black cracks!) Really cool, the colours just dissolve and forms into a pattern randomly & INSTANTANEOUSLY, pretty amazing. Bff was looking at those cracks while the lady apply the colour for me!

1 Week Off - Happy!

Lucky or what! I have 1 week off! Which means no work, just have to continue to slack at home. LOL! I did an online shopping spree these 2 days. Shopped at Forever 21, livejournals and auction sites! Bought myself, a pair of jeans, top, khaki blazer, 2 necklaces and a pair of wedge! Everything less than $80 dollars?

I am now waiting patiently for my items to arrive. But I guess it would take 2-3 weeks for some items! Parents went overseas, sisters are schooling&working. I am all alone at home. But thank goodness, its a short week this week because of public holiday on Friday. Grandma is celebrating Mothers' Day in advance and it will be held this Sunday. Can't wait to lay my hands on those crabs!

Weekends Again

Sunday:
Woke up and had intentions to head to town. But bff was so hungry so we decided to stop at AMK to have our brunch there instead. had a hearty brunch at the hawker centre!

Had a movie marathon! Watched Rio followed by HallPass. I love the music, storyline & graphics in RIO. Really colourful, hilarious and cute!

HallPass (M18) It is movie about 2 wives giving their husbands HallPass for 1 week. They were back in their single days and they could do whatever things that they wanted to, including parties & sex. Pretty interesting because the ladies came to realise that the HallPass was actually for THEM. Not their husbands!

Saturday:
If I am working, time passes really quickly. Very soon, it is Saturday again!
We were hungry in the morning and we didn't know what to eat.
Browsed through the web and decided to try Deal voucher again! This time round, Buffet @The Village. Opposite Jurong Bird Park! You won't feel greasy/oily/smelly after the BBQ buffet because they used the smokeless technology! I love pork collar & belly! Nice!

Fetched my cousins from their house and we headed over to Singapore Science Centre! When was the last time you visit the Science Centre? My previous visit was during my excursion trip when I was in Primary School. That was like more than 10 years ago! How time flies! I used to be looking forward to every excursion trip that the school organised! (: There were major changes to Science Centre while some exhibits remain unchanged! Not much pictures because it was dark in the centre. Dislike having flash pictures because it's glaring to the eyes! Lol.

Saturday:
Mine was pretty fun & interesting. Watched "Faster" with bff and his secondary mates, loitered around Bugis Street looking at clothes/accessories, had dinner at MOF and headed over to bff's friend's place for a mini gathering.

Left around 10plus and headed back home for a good night rest.

Sunday:
Woke up early for Mac breakfast! Headed over to bff house and I played Popcap games the entire day while bff took a nap before he head to camp.

Working again.. Hope weekends come again!

Very soon, it is weekend again. And Friday, bff managed to book out. We met at SK and had our lunch date at Jack's Place. LOL. We shopped around and headed back home. Pretty boring, but yeah, well spent.

Saturday:
I am the Grand Winner for KS Evonne Leopard Bag Draw. I headed over to CSC to collect my bag. Since we are at Bukit Batok, and bff wanted to consult a doctor at Jurong East, we made our way there. After which, we headed over to Jurong Point. We had early dinner at Ambush - European Dining.

A Long FOOD Post - LOL

I went to the Branded Bag sales organised by Besurprise. It was located at SCAPE. I brought my colleagues and sisters there. My colleague was ransacking the tables for all the available CHIO bags. I think she purchased a total of 3 bags, 1 coach or 2 KS or the other way round. Can't remember.. We headed for the event on an empty stomach and by 11am, my ygst sister,Fiona and I were already hungry. LOL, my colleagues and my 2nd sister, Diona went separate ways. Diona went with her friend and colleague heading back to office (: Fiona and I idled for a while and we decided to have Crystal Jade LaMian for brunch because I am craving for XLB.

Fiona didn't try XLB before so she was okay to try. And yes! She was glad. Looking at the way she was trying to sip the soup in the XLB without scalding her tongue. Total cuteness! Oh yes, we order Pancake with FLOSS and guessed what, when I was trying to break the pancake into smaller pieces, I was too rough and the chicken floss flew to another table! Luckily, the angmoh guy is understanding enough, still smiling and saying "Its okay" I was so PAISAE. Sister and myself had the same thinking, we literally lift our table and moved more towards the right! Hahahaha.

Remember I blogged about a promotion deal that I purchased online for the celebration of Derek's 21st birthday? The steak there is goood! I love how tender it is. Angel Hair Cold Pasta is perfect for a starter meal. Though, it may be a 4 course meal, but the serving was pretty small, not as generous as compared to other promotions that I purchased online.. My youngest sister complained that she isn't full after the whole dinner. LOL.

It was located at Jelita Drive, pretty inaccessible though. But people staying there definitely have private transport and finds it convenient. Its near Sixth Avenue. LOL. But, I reside in the North :(
The entire layout/ambience of FRIENDS cafe was peaceful and neat.

Hello people, I would love to blog but all my blog pictures are in my camera and my sister took it away for her trip. She would be back tonight! I would blog tonight, I promise!

A quick update: I met up with Stephanie and KK for dinner and a movie! World Invasion - "Battle Los Angeles" is by far, the best movie of 2011. Though halfway through the show I needed the ladies really badly, but the movie makes me stick my ass on the seat. LOL. Worth it, I wouldn't want to miss another part of the show!

I am glad blogging becomes my passion! It really leads me to many great opportunities! Just for example, remember I blogged about Besurprise a few posts back? Facebook is such a success! Not only do people get the chance to express themselves, make friends, share opinions, local businesses are able to fully utilize this online platform by advertising their business and creating awareness to the masses!

One very brilliant store that I came across is Besurprise, they specialize in dealing luxury bags. They are very transparent and they made it very clearly that by using Facebook, it helps them save on their marketing expenses. I love their honesty! Not only that, for every business to be successful, consumer's participation is very important. Hence, besurprise constantly conduct draws to reward customers who have linked and shared their POST/STORE. Winners are randomly selected and frankly speaking, I hoped to be one of the lucky winners as well. At least I go the extra mile to blog about it on my blog. I hoped my efforts are well paid off!

I mentioned that I went for my appointment with Musee today. The treatment was done in less than 10min. So stop finding excuses for yourself for not having clean, smooth, fair underarms! So for people with low threshold of pain, you got it!

My next appointment would be scheduled on May!

I headed down over the NEX's outlet and I bought myself their Natural Purifying Mask, it is a clay mask.
